Training of Trainers (TOT):
Lions Quest in India Foundation invites interested educators to participate in the Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop. This comprehensive, multi-day program builds the knowledge, facilitation skills, and confidence required to train educators in delivering the evidence-based Lions Quest SEL program effectively.

Facilitators Resource Guide
The Facilitator’s Resource Guide for each grade is an easy-to-use “teacher’s edition” that contains annotated lesson plans, assessment and enrichment, and family and community connections activities.
Student Journal
The Student Journal provides opportunities to practice and apply the skills found in each lesson.
The Family Connection sheets
36 family connection sheets are application activities pertaining to each skill the student learns in class.
Digital resource Material
The Digital Resources offer rich ancillary support including “Projectables” for whole-class presentations, Family Connection worksheets and the Families as Partners guide designed to encourage family engagement and involvement in Lions Quest. The Families as Partners guide, included on the Digital Resources, provides all the resources you need to lead parent meetings in conjunction with the Lions Quest program
Lions Quest Skills for Growing (SFG) Grade 1-5 and Skills for Adolescence (SFA) Grade 6-8 will be available in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bangla and Urdu languages soon

Is training required?
Training is recommended, especially for schoolwide or larger implementations.
Who should attend the training?
Besides the staff who will be directly facilitating the program other staff members who will support the program are welcome to attend, including: administrators and principals, implementation coaches, teacher’s assistants, etc.
What topics will be covered in the training?
The training includes classroom management, social-emotional learning (SEL), life skills education, student engagement techniques, and building a safe learning environment.
Is prior experience or training required to attend?
No prior experience is required. The workshop is suitable for both new and experienced educators.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes, all participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the workshop.
